History
1975 McLaren team entry for defending Indianapolis 500 winner Johnny Rutherford. Chassis 1 of 2 built in the 16E variant of a very successful model. Rutherford qualified the car in 7th position and finished 2nd behind Bobby Unser. Rutherford ran the car in several other races that year including a win at Phoenix. This car has been in the McLaren museum for many years and is now available for the 1st time in nearly 25 years!
