History

These cars were designed by Roman Slobodynski (Designer of several Dan Gurney Eagle Indy Cars) and built by USA Race Cars Inc. of Anaheim California. These cars was originally built for the 1991 USAC series. They were supposed be the stepping stone from the Silver Crown series toward the Champ car series. They were also to be used for a series at the AutoPolis race track in Kyushu Japan. The Sabre was designed to run on both oval and road course tracks.

Condition

Outstanding complete condition. Nearly new with approximately 40 minutes of test time.

Engine:

Buick 90 degree V-6. 274 CID. 2 Valves per cylinder. 4 Bore X 3.63 Stroke.

530 BHP @ 7500 RPM, 380 FT LBS Torque. Kinsler Fuel Injection with Haltech Engine Management System. Dry Sump System.

Gearbox

Weismann Transverse Quick Change. 4 Speed with Reverse Have the transaxle drawings.

Suspension:

Independent with unequal length A arms (Front & Rear)

Pushrod & Bellcrank operated Hypercoil over Fox gas adjustable shocks

Front and Rear sway bars.

Brakes:

Alcon 4 Piston calipers. 12.5 Diameter X 1.1 thick vented rotors.

Wheels

Jongbloed 3 piece modular. Front: 15 Diameter X 10 wide. Rear: 15 Diameter X 14 wide.

Tires:

Goodyear Racing Radial

25.5 x 10.0 Wide Front

27.0 x 14.5 Wide Rear

Miscellaneous

On Board Starter, Alternator, Tilton Master Cylinder, Quick Fill Dry break on fuel cell, Aeroquip lines, CV Joint Axles, Fire System, Road Course front and rear wings.

Tested by 22 time Indy race driver Johnny Parsons.

Car can accommodate a larger driver up to 6 3 and 250 lbs+
