History
Originally purchased by Bettenhausen Motorsports for driver Michel Jourdain Jr for the 2000 Champ car series. Jourdain completed both the 2000 and 2001 for now named Herdez Motorsports with moderate success. Compete race history available. HU21 was originally powered by a Mercedes engine specifically designed for Champ Car. After HVM Motorsports took over the team, the car remained as a show car for several drivers. It's final use for the team was as a show car for Swedish driver Bjorn Wirdheim in 2005. Last ran Champ Car in 2004. CART # 0609
